I sat down with TODAY’s Matt Lauer to talk about growing up from a party girl days on the Jersey Shore to being a happy new mom and engaged! I also talked about my 42-pound weight loss which has been such a huge accomplishment for me!
From talking about Lorenzo’s changes to being more alert and having a personality now to talking about how I lost the weight, I gave Matt the 411. The first twenty pounds I lost was from breast feeding. Then I waited 6 weeks and was finally able to go to the gym. My trainer Anthony Michael kicked my butt into shape and gave me express fit meals. It is hard drinking while taking care of a baby. I knew I couldn’t party anymore because now I’m a parent and I have to take care of somebody else! It was about getting in shape and being a fit mom! Watch the video to find out more! XOXO

I had so much fun at the Today Show yesterday in NYC! I wore a cute red and black outfit that I cinched in the waist with a big bow tie. I topped off the look with sunglasses and clear high heels! I was there to talk about my weight loss after giving birth to Lorenzo! It is so important for me to be a healthy mom for him! I have to take care of someone else, so the partying is done basically. I’m so over it. I’m so into my family now! XOXO

I am so excited to announce my new book that I’m writing right now on how I viewed my pregnancy and my stories!!! My book was recently signed by Running Press and will be released sometime at the beginning of next year! I hope that this book will help all pregnant ladies out there and also help you realize you aren’t as crazy as you think! This book isn’t advice, it’s what I went through throughout my pregnancy! Can’t wait to finish and share with all of you!!!!

I worked my booty off (literally) since October and I finally got my body back and even better! I want to thank Us Weekly for having me as their cover this week! I also want to thank my trainer Anthony Michael for putting up with my complaining but transforming me and making me obsessed with fitness now! Also want to thank my gym Florham Park Fitness for being so amazing to me!!! Last but not least, want to thank myself for pushing me to the limit and going above and beyond to get where I am today! I kick ass! Lol! This is only the beginning! I’m going to train until I look like Brooke Burke! Heyyy!
